I second this, but would like to add proper diet. If you can do what it takes to improve your overall cardiovascular health (and body fat), you'll see a dramatic improvement in EQ and stamina.
Aging alone doesn't sufficiently explain most erectile dysfunction, it's our diminishing commitment to do what we could in our 20s and 30s that allows the Viagra industry to thrive. Sure, there are outliers, but with a nutritious, balanced diet + 3 to 4 days of (1-hour minimum) physical activity (e.g. jogging, gym, etc), you should have no problem.
Alcohol and smoking can also be obstacles, keep that in mind.
Kegels are always a good thing to throw into any PE or ED routine.
Morning wood is a good indicator that your changes are working.
