I recently began Hanging and was recommended to use an ADS after Hanging.
My question is would the weighted ball provided by Avanti Derma provide the same effect as the Zen ADS? Reason I ask is that I have both but would rather use the weighted ball as it's more comfortable and convenient for using the bathroom

Hello,

I have used several ADS systems. I am not an expert by any means. In my research, in order for the ADS to be effective it needs a certain amount of resistance. To me the weighted ball just helps avoid retraction. Not heavy enough in my opinion to really stretch so to speak. The zen Hanger I have found that the noose does not stay secured well enough. Easy to get it and off for the bathroom.

Middle aged man here with BPH. That is benign prostatic hyperplasia. Means the prostate has grown and makes you feel like you have to pee a lot. With that said I have had my ligaments cut and it was mandatory to wear an ADS strong enough to pull after the surgery. I found another system I use from a company called LG Hanger. It is the most comfortable I have found. I also have a Prince Albert piercing. So I use the custom made chamber from LG Hanger as the part I put my penis in to stretch as a ADS. I had bought the phallosan ADS as well. Due to the Prince Albert and the delicate nature of their silicone sleeves I did not like it for me. I had to remove the Prince Albert in order to use it. That piecing does not do well wjem you take it out for extended lengths of time. It was however also very comfortable. Just not as easy to deal with them using the bathroom. After doing this for almost 2 years post the surgery I have gotten really fast at removing it to use the bathroom. Again, I am not an expert. Just sharing my story. Wish you the best in your PE journey!
