TOPIC: Best under clothing stretcher

So I had Ellanse back in august and I definitely lost some length which is probably due to not being able to wear the weight the entire two weeks. I feel like I also lost SOME of my Girth gains but its hard to tell tbh since my before measurements were all over the place with pumping/Jelqing. It was my first time and I am considering going back in December for another round. The goal is 6 in circumference. Anyway, I am looking for the best under clothing stretcher. I saw some people talking about phallosan a while back but I wanted to see if there are any updates. Something that I can wear out and about without worrying about retraction for the first month.

what do you have to wear for work? That will determine the "best " stretcher. The best stretcher is the one you can wear the most and get the most hours out of. I can give more advice after you give some more info.

Yes sorry, by “under clothing” I was trying to imply “out and about” or at “work” (M.D. student so that doesn’t apply just yet). In my own house it’s not really a concern; unless I leave the blinds open and then I would have bigger problems. Jokes!

next would be autoextenders ADS - autoextender.com/usorder.html this piece fits around the head. I sometimes felt this eas more comfortable. But I also alternated.
NOTE: I did not like the cumbersome nature of this product and sucking air out. Some did not mind, I did. So, I swapped out the glans cover with the cheap glans covers from ali axpress - also found through Total Man for more money. totalmanshop.com/collections/full-kits these have a medium sized suction device that you can keep in your pocket if it fits.

Last, the sili stretcher from MOS is pretty good, i use it a lot. BUT, its listed last here because it is thick than the rest. I don't know what's the best and I agree with Texas that the best is the one you can wear longer with no discomfort.
I personally use the Phallosan Forte and I wear 9 hours a day at the office, going at meetings, during the whole day with any kind of pants even tight jeans and it's undetectable.
I took me a while to get the hand of it but now It's +6 months with it with no issues.

Instead of starting a new thread I was wondering if you could recommend something/tell me what my options are for wearing something at work where I wear slacks (black suit pants) all day. Is there anything discrete enough? I sit down for most of the day and have an office. I have no idea what I'm doing but I'm just going to take blood flow supplements, HGH, rub on DHT, and need something to "exercise" or stretch it throughout the day.
