I’ve been doing tons of research about traction devices and I would like to try one out. I just want to hear from you guys with personal experience which you think will give the best results and is comfortable to wear for awhile with out removing it.

I've gotten results with the rods and noose style. They can apply a good degree of traction evenly throughout the entire wearing period. I used the Andropenis, but most of them are basically the same. Some have a few more bells and whistles but the root design and functional are incredibly similar. But no matter what one you choose you're going to need to work your body up to using it. While you need to wear it many hours a day for it to work if you pusb it beyond your physical limit they will leave minor, yet festering surface wounds that can put you out of commission for an extended amount of time. Observe and listen to your body -- when you feel or notice a sore forming stop using it for a day or two, work your way into using it slowly. This is better than having to take a week or two off because your skin was split apart and wasn't given the chance to heal properly. I had to learn this the hard way...

Also, I would recommend mixing up the types of devices you use, as this will allow you to have more time under traction while limiting those annoying little overuse injuries. So switch out a noose and rod stretcher with a vacuum cup stretcher and mix in Hanging for extended amounts of time with light weights. When going out in public or doing more active things keep it elongated with a sleeve. @Texas has some good advice about sleeves.

@Jacks10
Yeah, I rotate devices. and I also rotate sleeves too. Worn out ones to sleep in, so that they are looser. LG ones for wearing out and around because they are tighter and there is no head slippage. Auto sleeves are great to for comfort and beginners, but they are thicker though, so they show through pants a lot more.
