I did have like 5 attempts of natural penis enlargement in the last 19 years. Each for about 3 months. One was
Jelqing, others were
Clamping, pumping, extender, all day stretcher.
Never made any gains (i think, could be i actually made gains as a teenager).
Now another attempt.
PLAN:
- 1 year / 2000 hours using ESL40 All-Day-Stretcher, to see if it works or not
(dtwarren from thunders gained 1inch - but it took 5 years -> that\'s 0,04 millimetres per month, that is really not recognizable when measuring. It\'s 0.5cm per year, which is the lower limit of being clearly measurable but i would be happy about this)
- If All-day-stretching does not work / work anymore go to
(low weight-)

(then perhaps
Clamping but i think not)
- 9 months after final round of
PMMA start conservative cautious low-hg air-pumping
(i will never jelq or ulli or something because it does not feel good with the
PMMA, don\'t think it\'s good)
THOUGHTS:
- Was unsure about the tension. Inventor of the esl40 says you shall only pull softly. Others say the tension on an all day stretcher is a joke, you better pull as hard with it as you can, and it will probably not even be enough.
- Let\'s see if i have enough patience to go for 1 year.. i guess if after 6 months i don\'t see anything it\'s a bit hard to continou.
