You just haven\'t tried hard enough. Can you honestly say that you been stretching and Hanging 8hrs - 12hrs a day for 6 months straight??? With only one day off a week? Followed by healthy eating,exercise and proper supplement intake?

If you did you can easy add a half Inch in 6 months.
It\'s just how bad you want it. No different from success. The go getters go get it.

Stretching is a long process for gains but it could be done

Thanks guys for the responses and support. I need it bad. So I did it a year ago i would say consistently 4-5 hours a day 5 days a week solid consistent. I may have gained .25 which was hard to maintain. but it became clear to me that real gains are not realistic...and now im together with people which would never allow me privacy to dedicate that amount of time.

Are you telling me 2 inches of added el is possible for real?

Yup ive been scared away from lig cuts did enough research on that thanks to u guys. Extender has some merit but nothing near enough. Doing Hanging and pumping wont be realistic for me-just being practical. Im still waiting for that miracle day when someone posts a reasonable solution to the length dilemma once and for real (similar to PMMA)..(it bothers me so much that no medical solution has been provided for length impossible!) and i have to listen and watch all the PMMA guys beefing up while me and the length guys can do little more than jack shit..

I have trolled this site and the first version since 2012. I have been waiting to here more about PMMA in the long term health I have heard of people getting ED from the treatments and others conditions that can come up

Can you point me towards your sources for PMMA induced ED?

Surgeon4men.com is one place that mentions that as a side affect. I seen it one other time. So I don\'t know how common it is with PMMA but there could be the possibility.

But his research paper was peer reviewed. The only problem was that the \"peers\" worked with Dr Elist.
