I\'m in my early 20s and starting to experience some hair loss/thinning on the crown and receding hair line at the front. Despite getting more confifence from 2 rounds of PMMA, I know feel bad about myself with the fear of not being able to hide my hair loss at somepoint in time.

I have been on a med called seroquel for the past year and a half, but I read that it shouldnt cause hair loss. But I don\'t think I experienced hair loss before this.

Hereditary is the main cause.

2nd is DHT, which is kinda of the waste product of testoserone. if your making excess upside good libido and possible good member size
bad in your case hair loss. The old saying no snow on the roof, because a fire in the furnace.

3rd is stress, yes hormones caused by stress create the above along with 2 others that are no good.

4th is chemo and and some immune suppressors

Vitamin deficiency also makes makes hair fall out, along with gray hair coming on faster from
having low vitamin k

Hair transplant, minoxidil, prp, led light therapy are the safest and best results,
all depends on your wallet

get a blood test and go to a hair loss specialist to see what your cause is and start small and work
your up

I\'m 26 and balding/going gray...but I\'ve also kept a shaved head for the most part since I was 19 and look good with one. Fighting hair loss seems like an uphill battle. I know miracle has had some luck with his hair. He knows a lot about it.

I echo the same as cpw. Decent size Dick, good physique. If it truly cripples your confidence and you have the $ to properly handle hair loss, go for it. Otherwise, bic that shit. You\'d be suprised how many chicks like bald dudes. When I was single and going out a lot, I\'d notice one of the first things they\'d do was rub my head.

I say just embrace it. Hit the gym. Be a stud. You\'ll be fine. No comb overs!

I\'m definitely going to avoid Finasteride/Propecia, haven\'t read great things about them. My maternal side has no signs for hair thinning/balding but no idea about paternal side.

I\'ve read that rubbing apple cider vinegar on the scalp along with cayene extract is supposed to be good, so I\'ve ordered the extract on iherb but I have already starting rubbing the vinegar on my scalp. If this doesn\'t work in 6 months, I will go to pharma option in minodoxil. Probably doesn\'t help that I haven\'t been sleeping great the past 3 years or so, but worse of late. Going to see a doc today to try and address it.

@bigg1 Good idea

Hey bro, raised TSH levels [Thyroid Stimulating Hormone] can cause hair loss and thinning of the hair. Have you ever had your levels checked? It\'s just a simple blood test.

Are the men in your family bald? On any parents sides. The definitive solution for genetic baldness is finasteride. But there might be some risks associated with taking this drug, so would be cool for you to visit a Dermatologist, so he can check the proportion between thinning hair and healthy hair, also request some blood tests for your hormonal levels. Some men decide not to go with finasteride, as complaints about loss of sex drive are easy to find on the internet, not my case though.

Start on Rogaine or minoxidil, and accompany it with a ketozonazole shampoo twice a week, then try to get a niacin flush a couple times a week as well.

Pretty cheap, and simple and can often have a pretty good effect. Maybe consider a decent \'thickening\' shampoo for the other days as well, which is more about an appearance than reality, but can also be nice. Of course it depends on your cause, but usually its just the hormone plus genetic situation, if your stress is causing it its more apparent, etc.

Besides that I think Propecia is too dangerous, and everything else is pretty snake-oily. I myself have been on the above \'treatment\' for like a year now and have had pretty nice results, but might consider a FUT/FUE transplant in a few years to lower and thicken my hairline (my forehead is still huge), and the treatments are pretty affordable in Europe (Like 2-4k for my goals in Turkey).
