TOPIC: Damaged penis because of rough masturbation

Hi guys i am 29 years guy usually masturbate a lot and have sex too. around 6 months ago a girl masturbated me too strong while giving me head ,she grasped my pennis way too strong, when i took her hands out was too late. never let a girl jack u too strong they can t know when it s too much.
My penis hurted me but i thought it s just as a super rough sex and gonna leave soon.

The right side was ok , but the left one kept hurting me for a while , the dorsal vein and a new left vein .
After a while the left cavernosum still feel like congested it will hurt a dull pain when i push it or squeeze it.
By the way the right cavernosum is totally perfect, and so are my erections.
but the left cavernosum give a dull pain specially after Erection goes, during erections there is no pain.

Also sometimes i feel like my tunica on the left side is tearing after ercetion goes down.

Urologist says there is nothing just give it rest, but it does not work. true the pain goes down if i dont use it for a while , but it comes back again when i have sex regurlary or masturbate.

if pain is very dull now it s just because i am not using it not because it s healing .that s what the doctor does not understand .
There is something that need to be treated so it will heal for real and be able to have daily masturbation not ounce quicky a month like now.

Was my tunica teared ? how can i heal it?

what s the congested left cavernosum ? it looks normal get hard and flacid normally , but i feel a slight congestion and it hurt when i squeeze it. what happened to the left cavernosum and how to heal it?

You do realize that when the Urologist says \"give it rest\" that means lay off the sex and masturbation!

You could try manual stretching. It helps a lot and makes you have better erections. Lay off masturbating and alcohol.

If it still hurts continue to leave it alone and apply a heat bag around the penis (and away from the testicles) to increase circulation and encourage healing. Something like a microwavable cherry stone bag would suffice.

Did you end up recovering? I realize this is an old thread but wondering if you were able to fully recover, what the diagnosis was and how long it took you to recover?

I have also strained/injured/inflamed the left side of my penis base, probably the nerve or lig? possibly due to stretching to hard. I wasnt even Hanging and was stretching with phallosan, but way up to the red line for 8 hours a day. I have been resting for 3 months but im still getting dull aches here and then. However I did not refrain from sex/ masturbation and I think thats probably why its still not healing.
