you have much bigger than average Girth. don\'t get PMMA (especially since your Girth is already much bigger than your length, it will not look very aesthetic), just focus on extending and you can gain 1 Inch in length if your dedicated.

I rather have Girth then length. I tried for years to gain length and it never happened, but with PMMA or even megafill I can be so much thicker. I know it won\'t look natural but I don\'t really care, I only have sex with my wife not like anyone else will see.
