If I\'m honest, from the very first post you made on here, I suspected there was a problems caused by the surgery. I didn\'t want to say anything as you didn\'t seem that concerned. There have been cases where guys tear their suspensory ligaments and have the same erectile issues you are having. As soon as I read your first post here, I straightaway thought something similar could have happened to you either during surgery or post op. The other day I said I couldn\'t understand why you can\'t get an Erection, as I wondered if you had anymore clarity on the issue. I think you should go and see a Urologist.

Yeah, I\'m going to bring it up to my physician, with my insurance I have to get a referral through my primary physician to see a specialist. I just can\'t understand how a surgical severance of the lig could cause such an issue; as far as I\'m aware it has nothing to do with the in/out flow of blood for the penis. Now, my 2nd op was primarily scar tissue Removal, but again I would think removing scar tissue would allow better blood flow.

From what you have explained to us here, I suspect blood flow issues and perhaps combined with physiological issues. It is amazing how much control the mind has over the body. You can be 100% healthy with no medical issues but some thing turns you off and your Dick will not stand up!

IF you have a beautiful naked girl next to you, will you have an Erection? are you bored with your present partner (if you have one), do you get erections at all?

Actually just broke up with a great looking girl because she made a comment about the Erection issue, a rather ill - mannered one. Dated her for about a month.

My sensation almost disappeared after my lig cut in 2000. Ever since then, I started losing interest in sex because I couldn\'t get it up due to no feeling in it. But slowly I decided that I love sex and started using pills which worked, and also porn which always worked. Someone told me it could be psychological, which is possible. Also, I\'ve completely stopped viewing porn to enhance my real time visuals. So far, I can\'t get it up naturally, but I always have a morning wood, go figure. It\'s probably in my mind, hence my decision for PMMA. I\'ll still use Viagra when needed, but I would sure love to not have to.
