It could be an allograft, which would explain the curve. But it\'s hard to see where it was inserted.

The porn industry will attract big phalli, it isn\'t unusual to see some of these guys with natural monsters. Besides, porn tricks make these big penises appear even bigger than they are (as touched upon previously in this thread). These unusually thick penises definitely makes you curious as to whether any sort of enhancement was performed, but it could also just be one of those one-in-a-million naturals too.
