What are the causes of dull orgasms?

I went through the best PE surgeon in the world (joking of course) , I had the elist silicone implant and it did reduce the intensity of orgasms due to pain, discomfort and it lessened the shaft feeling. Now it is about two years since Removal and the shaft feeling seems to be the same *EDIT: the same as it used to be before implant*. I think if I have any reduced orgasm feeling now it is minimal and may be due to age more than anything else.

Mustang hiw are your orgasms? Didn\'t u go through surgery as well? I had penile tacking done. He made an incision just above the too penis and on the bottom side as well. Ppl with buried dicks get this done. I thought nerves would grow back but I guess not.

SSRI will surely reduce your libido and reduce the intensity of orgasms. I was on some SSRI stuff years ago when I was going thru my divorce to keep me working and paying for the ex bitch and it killed my sex drive for sure. It took quite a few month to get most of it back. Age of course is also a factor.

The biggest factor, IMHO, is the mental stimulation. Give me a new young beautiful slim lady any time and I am ready to do it and it will feel great...give me the SAME lady 100 times over, and it ain\'t the same any more...

You also may have had some sexual nerve damage from your previous surgery, not sure what you had done though.
