Hi guys.
After discovering this forum I have spent a lot of hours every day the last month or so just to investigate all possible ways to increase penis size.

I think what I will probably do is the HA filler procedure, because this seems to me to be the safest way possible today.

So i sent an email to both Moorgate and Androfill in England (I live in northern Europe so this seems to be the best alternatives)

I asked them how much I will grow with 15ml filler, starting with 6\" EL and 4\" EG:

Moorgate:
\"Average gains on girth are around 2-2 and a half inches in circumference. Most guys have between 2-4 ml of filler once they notice a decrease in width.
They will then top up with small amounts and keep the girth size maintained.
The average growth is around 2 inches in girth , this varies to each individual some people achieve more than this, however it's unfair to promise this as it may not for you.\"Then, just to verify, i asked:
\"So, first time it will cost '3900 (15 ml), it will grow from 4\" to 6\"?Then fill 2-4ml, when approx?
How much will this cost? Then after 12-15 months I need how much?
How much will this cost?\"Moorgate:
\"A 2 inch increase makes a good difference. In terms of when your return, it depends when you notice a reduction. Some people return after month 9 or 10 for anything between 1-4 ml.The product normally last between 12-18 months. The cost for existing patients is '240 per ml.For 15 ml of product you should expect a good result immediately.\"

---

Then i asked Androfill for info.
First they sent som nice information, and some links, including this:
phalloboards.websitetoolbox.com/post/ano...?highlight=androfill

Then i asked the same question, 15 ml ('3690) expected results, and when i should top off:

Androfill:
\"If you go for 15ml of filler, you will achieve 0.75-1 inch increase in girth and 1 inch in flaccid length due to the weight of filler.

The filler will last for 15-18 months whereupon you will need a top up of around 1/2 of the original volume of filler again at around 1/2 the original cost.\"

---

So my conclusion is that they are promising me different results for the same amount of filler.
Moorgate: 2 inches.
Androfill: 0.75-1 inch.

So I am confused. There is some reports from Androfill here on this forum. Most I have read are OK.
Then when i search for Moorgate I cant find one HA report.

I don\'t know where they get 2\" from, but you can realistically expect about 0.25\" per every 6 ml at 6\" EL. I personally would not want to go over 0.75 - 1\" Erect gain with HA because I suspect it might be \"squishy\" with anything more than that. But individual results may vary.

Iv\'e had a really positive experience with Moorgate Andrology. I was so self conscious about the size of my penis. I went and got a penis enlargement with them and did\'nt regret it. My Girth increased by 2\"! I\'m so happy with the results, I highly recommend Moorgate Andrology.

s-m11. You can use the table below to estimate the amount of filler required. It is not precise but I don\'t think it is misleading.

I don\'t know how Moorgate are able to achieve twice as much as we can with the same amount of filler.

Moorgate: 2 inches.
Androfill: 0.75-1 inch.\"

Moorgate and Androfill are not connected.

Moorgate is a brokerage run by David Mills and John Ryan.
Moorgate takes the bulk of the fee you pay as a commission and passes you onto a doctor who then takes a small fee for the procedure.

Dr Horn used to be one of the doctors that Moorgate would pass patients to, but Dr Horn decided not to continue with Moorgate in 2017.

Not a huge difference, but I would estimate 12ml at 6\"EL for 0.5\" EG gain rather than 8ml based on what I gathered from this forum.

The table is a guide as the EG results are reported back by patients from home for obvious reasons, perhaps too soon after the procedure for swelling to have subsided completely.
4 ml is a significant difference.

Androfill you mentioned in another thread about some complications that have arisen during your last few years injecting HA. I want to ask specifically about the examples of infections and occlusion. cheers, appreciate your answers

first the occlusion which you said wasnt occlusion as such but some kind of vein blockage from the outside which prevented blood getting to the tip. is this correct? how long after injection did the patient present to you? what were his symptoms? how did you diagnose this problem and figure out what it was? was there any damage to the patient?

second the infection please. what kind of infection was it? was it ever biofilm? how did you treat it and what were the outcomes?

Hi number22.
- It showed up as a dark area on the glans on one side and was quite painful. A lump of filler in the Foreskin region was dissolved away.
- The next day.
- It was described as vascular occlusion but not intravascular occlusion. The blood vessel being compressed lead to poor blood flow. I understand an ultrasound was used in the diagnosis.
- There was no long-term damage.

For the infections, swabs were taken, and in some cases more specific antibiotics prescribed. In other cases, the abscess was also drained. It is very rare that we have seen an infection 0.7%.
I can provide further detail if you are interested.

Hi Androfill,
Do you suggest/prescribe antibiotics to your patients in preparation to the procedure? Or is that not in your protocol?
It\'s very important to know if that 0.7% happened in protected patients or not.

Patients are always given antibiotics. Ciprofloxacin 2x 500mg usually. I suspect some do not take them from informal conversations I have had.

A script was previously given with the assumption patients would collect antibiotics from the pharmacy. Now patients are given the antibiotic tablets to take home from the clinic.

In 3 of the 7 infection cases, the patient admitted to not taking antibiotics. In 1 case the patient did not take the full course, stopping at day 2 of 7. In 1 case, the patient resumed sex too early and also went to a public gym.

In the final 2 cases, infection appears to have occurred despite the patients telling us that they followed all the rules (0.2%). There was no permanent damage in any of the infection cases, however, it was not an easy thing for any of the patients to go through. From what I have seen with HA, infection is the biggest risk but is very rare, and to date has not caused permanent damage (but has caused significant temporary distress).

These filler amounts and Girth gains are somewhat misleading in my view. They look measured immediately or shortly after the procedure when one has swellling. If these measurements were taken a month after the procedure I suspect the gains would be much less. I'm my experience, 10ml will add roughky 1/4' to 6'. That may measure 1/2' early on due to swelling. Just saying.

We need to wait a full month for all the swelling to totally subside before asking for measurements (rather than asking at 2-3 weeks). I think the table is generally a good guide (however not in your specific case).

The closest reference in photos I have to 6.0 EL with 8 ml Voluma is patient J in the Before and After section, with the after photo taken 3 weeks out from the procedure.

It shows a 0.5-inch increase from 8ml on a 6.0 inch EL.

I\'d expect 10 ml to give 0.5 inches EG for 6.0 EL, and 15ml to increase EG by 0.75.

There is variation between patients, but not generally to the degree you experienced.

Every syringe should also be counted by the patient.

The \"after\" measurement is clearly farther down the shaft, and the person definitely has a taper that looks bigger towards the base in both photos, so I think this would be definitely less that 0.5\". I\'m still betting 5 - 6 ml per 0.25\".
