 towards the base n the left side theres a noticeable bump. Its about the size of a dime which sucks. I'm going to schedule a final touch-up appt. and was wondering what dr. C could do with this build up of PMMA. Can he break it up?

 Yes, it can be "broken up." To what extent probably varies patient-to-patient, but I've had ridges corrected via "breaking up," so there's your answer.

 I have a similar thing but deeper in the base and smaller it feels like a tiny piece of chewing gum
