I believe the effect is just like pumping it lasts for a while and then goes back to normal. If you ever hear about a surgeon doing great glanular enhancement please let me know, that is an area I really need work in. Its the same stuff that is used to fill in wrinkles. It actually turned out to be the straight length and not the total length, so my unit won't reach the glans area of the pump: no good! I only tried it once and it just hurt like heck, so I didn't persevere. BTW Messageman, you're a good bit longer than my meager 5", so if you're interested send me a PM. I think we'll have a better chance once some new fillers being experimented in South Korea become fully tested and available nearby.
