Friends
I had first round of PMMA in 2016 and pretty happy with results.
Have been thinking of getting circumcised before getting round 2,3 and possibly 4 of PMMA and I will need a \"low and tight\" Circ.
Have consulted with two doctors in the city I live in Canada.
The first one has a clinic inside a pharmacy, willing to give me low and tight Circ(one needed for PMMA) and is priced bit low than the other. When I met him sometime ago he mentioned that I have a tight Frenulum..and recommended getting that cut along with Circ.He operates in his clinic and under local anesthesia. He uses stitches for closure.
The second doctor I met today is No2 ranked Urologist in big metropolitan city(as per rate MD). Operates out of a medical building and will perform adult Circ in a Hospital OR with IV sedation. His cost is comparatively higher(2K Canadian) for Circ and around 400 more for Frenulctomy. The only issue with him is he uses a special method developed by Dr. Pollock (he trained with him) ..

In this method..there is no way to \"adjust\" the high/low or loose/tight of the skin. He was upfront in telling me that.
He seemed to a more professional and he uses skin glue for closure and cut is done using a ring..so uniform and smooth edges.
I am confused on which will be better choice.
