They don\'t mix fillers in a single session. I\'m pretty sure they are talking about guys who have had smaller amounts of voluma after doing Ellanse, rather than a second Ellanse session which produces a stronger inflammation response. I know they also recommend regular pumping, with all fillers, not just FFT. In general, the extra blood flow is good for all layers, fascia, and tissue not just inside the CC as you\'d get with regular nocturnal erections.
These guys have been doing PE a very long time, and Dr. Carney has a doctorate in pharmacology in addition to being Chief of Urology at a teaching hospital and also does reconstructive urological surgery. So I\'m pretty sure it\'s safe to say they have the expertise and knowledge in this area. Hopefully they will be able to join as a sponsor in the near future so they can respond to questions directly. But I do know they\'re pretty busy.
Nothing against
Morganstern and his clinic, as I\'ve heard very good things about them recently, but whilst I understand why people feel more assured by urological qualifications and experience etc, the simple truth is,
Urology has done pretty much jack shit for penis enlargement in 40 years.
The filler trend really is a result of this forum. Experience and expertise in
Urology has nothing to do with following the money. Injecting a bit extra behind the ligs to promote the penis forward isn\'t anything new. We\'ve got members here who have done it to themselves with
HA. Both Gatit and Hunkydory gained length like that.
I want to repeat that
Morganstern and his colleagues sound like good, trustworthy Dr\'s and a great option for guys stateside. But they are just an
FFT clinic who have started using fillers. Reconstructive
Urology just isn\'t going to help much in those endeavours. I\'m not being critical of you for pointing out their backgrounds and fully get why you and virtually everyone else would think it relevant. But the history of PE actually has a surprising absence of useful contributions from the urological community. Most of the urologists who have moved into the industry have left under a cloud, having done far more damage than good.
