So right now i\'m leaning towards the fat transfer from this doctor i found on RealSelf. His reviews seem great. I\'ve been going back and forth with him over email getting all the info i can.

Has anyone ever heard or dealt with him ?

A few points he made:

- $3500 for fat transfer + PRP
- $3000 for filler + PRP (not incl price of filler)
- Will lose approx. 30% of the fat in the beginning and the rest should be permanent
- Fat harvest average is 50 to 70 cc of fat which will increase Girth by 0.5 to 0.75 maybe 1 inch70 to 100 cc's approximately 0.75 to 1.00 cc maybe 1.5 100cc's and above 1.5 to 2 cc's
- Fat transfer is cheaper than fillers, lasts longer , you get more fat.No reason to lose length in fact if anything you may gain a bit.
- There are no guarantees you won't get lumps or bumps , but the only reason I got into this is when I found there was a procedure called the Almi procedure where you take the fat and remove the fibrous tissue from the fat, which is what causes the lumps and bumps creating what is called nanofat which is very liquid when in injected into the body , almost completely eliminating the chances of irregularities, If done right.

So does all sound reasonable ?

Thanks guys.

This seems to be the current protocol for FFT. I would ask your Doctor if there is any pre preparation needed prior to the surgery and what do you have to do after the procedure to minimize reabsorbtion. The most challenging aspect of FFT is to maintain an excellent blood supply in the penis so that the transplanted fat survives. There should some type of a pumping program or maybe taking daily Cialis or something similar. Some Doctors may want to do a P-shot with the FFT to increase the blood supply and promote healing. Pumping is also recommended prior to the procedure to help stretch the skin to make room for the FFT.

I just checked out his website. I've been looking into Morganstern but cost has held me back. As I understand it based on information from that clinic, fat from the abdomen is inferior to fat from the legs or butt. This Dr. is sounding pretty appealing to me too. I wonder if that 30% reduction could be reduced by using butt fat?

Ya i\'m not too sure. i found him on Realself.com. He replied to all my emails personally. I\'m just learning about all these procedures but to me fat transfer seems more natural for some reason. I think any lumps can be taken care of easier than a filler (Maybe that\'s not true?).

I\'m still looking into Dr. C in Mexico but from the progress reports i\'ve been reading on here it seems if you plan on only getting one round it\'s just a waste of time. I can only afford to do this once considering cost for travel etc.

Would be nice to be able to get this done in Canada but it\'s pretty damn expensive here and i\'ve only found 2 doctors that do it.

But who has had 1 round of fat though? When I looked into FFT, it seemed that it was pretty much a given that more than 1 round would be required.

I\'ve read pretty much every post on the forum and I really can\'t remember anyone who has had 1 round of fat and been happy with the result. I\'m sure there must be, but I can\'t think of them.

Ya you may be right but i\'ve been told by a couple doctors that if done right you will hold on to 60 - 70% of the fat. Maybe the procedure is progressing. Not sure.

I can tell you from my experience on FFT you definatley have to comeback for more then 1 time. If you lose 20-25% that's a huge success. When it reabsorbs it doesn't do so evenly. so if you are looking for a good cosmetic result, plan on 2 or 3 visits. It's the same same with PMMA.
