TOPIC: FFT and future procedures

FFT and future procedures 6 years 1 month ago #1305734110

Hello everyone. This is my 1st post on this site. I have been popping in and out of PhalloBoards for about 7 years so i thought it was time that i post and be part of this distinguished panel of Phallo members. This is an awesome site and while i have accumulated a large amount of knowledge from my own personal experience i have learned an enormous amount of information from all of you. So thank you all for for sharing your knowledge and reviving my interest in PE. I had sworn off any further procedures and now i feel like Michael Corleone in Godfather 3 ' Just when i thought i was out, they pull me back in'. I will be sharing my past experiences in future posts.

NormalNickSF, i waiting for a call from Dr Morgansterns office and Ellans' was one of subjects i was going to discuss with him. I will reserve final judgement until he has answered all of my questions but he seems to be emerging as possibly our best option here in the U.S.

I was really interested in Ellanse with Dr Morganstern. I think I'm going to hold off for now though. I've scheduled a webbing correction with Dr. Giunta in a few weeks and in addition I think I may add a FFT too. I'm going to make a gametime decision the day of my in person consult lol.

I just registered a couple of weeks ago even though I have been visiting on and off for many years, I realize that not a lot has changed. Yes we have new techniques and new fillers but everyone still has the same concerns and really the same problems that people had 20 years ago. We still have reabsorption issues, we still have nodules and bumps. Many patients never recover from botched PE surgeries. There are still shitty Doctors performing PE procedures that have no business doing so and they rarely deliver what they promise. I always ask myself what is it about our penis that drives us to make rash and stupid decisions. We take great risks to acquire that elusive 1 inch with sometime catastrophic results. We convince ourselves that if we had a big Dick women will fall at our feet but the reality is that size is not the most important criteria a women is looking for. You might create a memory with a women by showing that big Schlong but in the end she won't stay with you because of your size. One thing women value more than size is security. If you don't have a good steady job and money in the bank she will gladly trade your tool in for a smaller unit that comes with the benefits $.I had an FFT procedure done in 1993 with Dr. Ricardo Samitier. He was the 1st surgeon at least in the US to do this procedure and had probably been doing it for only a few months. I was home one day watching the Geraldo show and he was featuring Plastic Surgeons and Samatier was one of them. When I heard what he did I immediately wrote down his name and thought this was too good to be true. (Of course it was) he gave the same sales pitch that Doctors give today 'its girth that matters ' To backtrack My girlfriend of 5 years had broken up with me and I was feeling insecure at the idea of finding a new relationship. I had a short skinny dick and was worried that other women might see it the same way I saw myself. To make a long story short I flew out to Miami to have the procedure done. When I arrived at his office I had instantly had a bad feeling. It looked like a store front and it was dirty inside but like many others who have found themselves in this situation you give yourself a pep talk and you say 'it's going to be fine my cock will look awesome' I am sure most of you have already figured out that it did not go well. He made 1 incision on each side of my penis right below the gland and stuffed fat down each side as much as he could fit in. He used a needle to extract the fat from my mons pubis (the fat pad above your penis) and then inserted that in the penis. You can imagine there was probably a lot blood mixed in with the fat he was putting in. In those days no one thought of reabsorption or nodules or any of that stuff. The next morning I removed my bandage as instructed and my penis looked unusual to say the least, my glans which is narrow had that hotdog look and I understood that it was swollen so I tried not to pass judgement but within 3 days all of the fat had rolled over to the left side of my penis. After talking to the Doctor he told me to massage it and it would go back, well that didn't help and now I had this severely deformed penis. I remember having pain and panicking that it was getting infected and the Doctor never called me back it was a very sobering experience that this man who just performed surgery on me didn't care. I never heard from him again. A little over a year later he was performing multiple procedures including the girth enhancement on a local singer who had a bad heart and the patient died in his office. Samatier kept him there overnight instead of rushing him to the hospital. It turns out Samitier had no affiliation to any hospital nor did he have a license. The Doctor went to jail for Manslaughter for several years.Over time I ended up losing about 75 to 80% of the fat with a small bulge that protrudes on the left side of my penis. A small amount formed around the base which does give me some thickness. The bad part is I have a pain on the left side along the shaft which I noticed about 4 years ago and the pain was very strong it is now down to about a 2-3 on a scale of 10 but I was concerned that it was getting infected bit but fortunately it turned out it was due to inflammation. It was embarrassing to seek out Urologists in my area and to have to explain what that stuff is in my penis. I believe this pain came about because I was practicing Tantra which included very long hand jobs and with some of the fat moving around it irritated that area so now I have to alternate my grip to avoid any rubbing on that side. If I ever decide to move forward with another procedure I have to determine whether this needs to come out first.I have a lot more to say but his post is way too long so I am going to stop here.

>I would expect anyone doing this kind of procedure to be doing research, and it\'s impossible to do so and not be aware of this site, and the wealth of information here that everyone benefits from. I can understand people not wanting to post pics, and being concerned about being anonymous but these days its trivial to do so. Everyone is different, but I could not benefit without trying to contribute something back. I felt the same way 10 years ago when researching manual PE and finding PEGym and Thunder\'s.

Dunno. Maybe some guys just google it, call a provider, trust what they say, and get it done, lol.

Sorry about the last post i trying to quote Think.

Good point research is so important. We get so jazzed up about getting a bigger penis and sometimes fail to think of the ramifications of what could happen as a result of these procedures.
I would advise anyone don't be in a rush to have surgery or have fillers put in your penis. If you are interested in having this done sit back for a few months and have a cooling off period. There have been so many times I have heard of the latest Girth techniques and how great they were only to find out that they were no better then the older techniques. Do you remember Alloderm? Do you remember scaffolding? Do you remember Belladerm? Fat Graphs were supposed to be the answer to FFT but they are actually worse and you end up with a big scar on your ass. Please take your time you Dick's not going anywhere.

Hey, looking forward to your contributions!Lately I\'ve really been trying to figure out why we don\'t actually have more first hand reports outside of PMMA. I mean, we have a fair amount of reports on voluma and other HA\'s, but not as many recent ones as I\'d expect, being that doctors are springing up all over the place offering it, and claim to be doing many procedures per week. And with Ellanse we only have 2 reports, yet I\'m sure Dr Oats has done a good deal more than that, and Morgansterns office says they\'ve done about 50 since they started offering it 4 months ago after previous trials. And zero moorgate Ellanse reports, yet they say its overtaking HA.
