It's quite easy to figure out if it could be beneficial to you.
There is a penis measurement called
BPEL = Bone Pressed
Erect Lenght.
You have to measure your penis with an hard ruler, while standing up, and pushing the ruler against your pubic bone. The ruler must be parallel to ground.
Then misure the NBPEL, which is the same but without pushing the ruler. It's basically the measurement of your visible penis while
Erect.
Then just do
BPEL-NBPEL, the difference will be your fat pad thickness.
Consider that:
- very low body fat people still have 0.5-1 cm fat pad
- normal weight people usually have 1-2 cm fat pad
After that it may start to be beneficial to consider liposuction. Even normal weight people that used to be overweight could have difficulties in reducing the fat down there just with diet.
