TOPIC: Dr Morales and the Utmost Package

I have set a date with Dr. Morales of Avanti Derma for the Utmost Package. I am so thankful for the countless walk alongs written here on PhalloBoards and the countless hours these guys take to answer questions to encourage the timid, paving this new frontier. To say I feel an obligation to pay it forward is an understatement.This thread is specifically for those who, like me, were not born with a gift between their thighs and have been hurt in the past either intentionally or unintentionally by this one nagging problem. Constantly being told it\'s not the size that counts but what you do with it that matters, and although this is true to some extent, there is only so much one can do. I have read and practiced along with countless technique books to make up for my inadequacy and found that once my woman is satisfied and warmed up, I can\'t feel anything sexually, so we end up in the same position that works, ramming as fast as I can to not lose my Erection. I haven\'t been successfully ridden since I was 19 and it was by a girl who left me for someone who was bigger. It happens. It\'s been 13 years though and I still can\'t shake this feeling of being inadequate, even to the point where sex is losing its excitement and just brings me down. I want my life back and I know now that I am not alone with these feelings.

That being said I have complete faith in the products and skills at Avanti Derma to help make these aspirations achievable. I will be posting my stats and pics over the next few days leading up to surgery as well as information of my overall experience. Thank you

Alright guys... I did it. I received the utmost package today and I am currently relaxing at the Grand Hotel. First impressions is wow!! This thing looks huge and what a great job Dr. Morales and Ian did. I\'m very happy so far and if I keep at least half of the size I have now I will be happy. Once things look better I will share a few photos.

I have been reading on here a lot about PMMA and going through very many old threads and new threads. My appointment is scheduled for 11/21, just a few weeks away. I am a bit nervous but from what I\'ve seen PMMA is the best option and Avanti Derma has a great reputation that can be trusted.

Since I\'m just a few weeks away do any of you pros have any advise for me in regards to preparation and post care. The vitamin C shots sound like a good idea, anything else? Something to consider adding either right before or after the procedure would be getting a vitamin C injection intramuscular or subcutaneously. My reasoning for it is Vitamin C is an essential nutrient in our diet. It has many important roles our body's immune function, including:

wound healing
preventing damage to cells
building collagen
producing chemical messengers called neurotransmitters

All are what we need post procedure. I would get it done once a week for 6 weeks. In have found them at health and weight loss clinics on Groupon for $10-20 each injection or less if bought in a pack. Anyway just food for thought.

You registered nearly 6 years ago...it\'s refreshing to see lurkers come forward and share their experiences, and I\'m wishing you the best of luck knowing you\'ve done your homework.

I think it\'s important to do your research before deciding whether to actually pursue enhancement, and should you choose to, further research on the best option for you. Once you\'re aware of the costs, risks, and likely scenarios of your decision, can you comfortably move forward. It can take 6 years or 6 months, but don\'t be hasty in your decision making, you only got one Dick
