Seems that HA only lasts 2 years is that what Dr Shafer said or is there the possibility it could last longer? It's kind of a bummer that there is a time limit on something that u could get so used to and could be an awesome new part of u but I guess if u don't like it for whatever reason u know that it will eventually fade away.

It might be a good test run to see how it feels to be bigger than maybe go for something more permanent like PMMA or FFT.

Is he a Urologist or plastic surgeon? I think someone who is a Urologist or has worked extensively on the male genitalia is a big plus because they obviously have intricate knowledge of that part of the anatomy and r less likely to inject things where they don't belong. People have been known to die from injected fat embolisms and possibly there have been Dermal Filler embolisms whether in genitalia or buttocks or really any area with easy access to whole body systems.

The biggest advantage of HA is that it\'s safe, and can be dissolved should things go wrong. Looks like 18 mo - 2 years is a reasonable estimate. Look at @Dexterphall\'s thread. He indicates about 20 months and said it\'s starting to fade quickly. There may also be a residual, in that future top offs may require a bit less... I\'ve read hints of that, but nothing specific?My biggest issue with HA is that some guys say it\'s a bit \"squishy\" or like a \"padded dick\" ... I think I\'d rather be rock hard and half inch smaller than have any squishyness at the larger girth, especially if I were anywhere near average. I\'ll never forget years ago on PEGym there were a couple of female mods, and they made exactly that statement--preferring a smaller rock hard dick to a larger softer one. It came up from a discussion of some guys who had some negative effects from PE (softer erections). I just can\'t spend 10K for 2 years of something that could go that way for an extra 0.5 - 0.75 EG, as tempting as it is.

To me if you\'re going with anything that is not reversible, even something like ellanse which can last 4 years, then this is who I want--someone who specializes in urology and has done things like urological reconstructions ... just in case things go awry and you need intervention.
