I asked Ray the question about retention with Ellanse after time. There's obviously no deffinate and he explained you just never know however, it's possible that it's 20-30 percent.

I had my consult with Morganstern and I've got the green light from the wife to go ahead with it even though she says i don't need it. I'm curious what kind of Girth i can expect if I'm 6.5 inches long and have 20 ml of juvederm . Anyone care to speculate?

I\'m pretty sure that\'s about what you\'d get, but go through some reports and check--let us know if you find different, I think I concluded about 1/4\" per 6 ml on 6EL.

And I\'m pretty sure its $7100 USD for 20 ml of voluma from Morganstern. Hell of a lot better than the 2 docs in the NYC area (Shafer and rowe are like 10K).

Are you sure all 20ml are Voluma?

20ml of voluma for $7100 is very cheap, even cheaper than Dr C ($400cc which is cheaper than any USA price I've seen)

This doesn't make sense unless they have some crazy deal with Allergan or it's not voluma or its a few ml of volume and the rest a cheaper HA filler.

Make a circle with your thumb and index finger. Then separate them by 0.75\" and see what you think. It is a good gain.

Just wanted to say for anybody reading along, the Dr. Karney you met is actually Dr. Carney, a very, VERY respected surgeon. I used to live in the area and I know these guys. I believe it\'s Dr. Carney that does most of the fillers- I don\'t know about all the other types of procedures. I don\'t think they\'ve been doing it (fillers) that long but I can tell you there\'s literally not another person on earth I\'d rather have do any kind of procedure than this guy. So anyone concerned about this doc can rest easy on that.

I\'m actually real close to pulling the trigger on the filler, though I haven\'t read much about it yet. I had one of the worst PMMA busts on this forum a few years ago, so maybe this will be better. Well, there were worse stories. I didn\'t have complications, it just didn\'t really work. Well we will see. If i had ever dreamed that Dr Carney would ever get into this business, I\'d have never even thought about going to mexico- I\'ve known of Dr Carney long before I ever heard of PMMA

Exactly. That was my take on Dr Carney as well. It\'s not just having a good injector (he\'s a perfectionist with that), but having someone who is well prepared to deal with any complications, and at a location you can get to easily with a quick flight. That should never be overlooked.

BTW - you mentioned a marble sized Nodule after your procedure a few years ago, did you ever find out what it was or have it taken care of?

Exactly. They promote \"Length and Width gain\", but they didn\'t said that it\'s only for Flaccid length.
