PMMA is currently the best and only permanent option for Girth. You should take into consideration your age and weather you'd be willing to wait because in 10 years there will probably be a much better solution than what's currently available. You could also consider having Ellanse or HA which aren't permanent. Either way Dr C would be the best man to see.

Me too bro. 24-year-old Asian guy now live in US having just shy of 4 inches BPEL and very thin one. Living my life nowadays is horrible but I definitely can wait for the next 10 years if there is such a procedure to overcome my current situation.
