Ahh okay,so your first round was a success. No issues whatsoever. Nice to hear that. As far as I could understand, you have a clean diet, exercise regularly, and you\'re generally in good health, which I\'m guessing played an important part during healing period...

Hi Alesxi

I also have never smoked, hardly drink.
Also been taking multivitamins and collagen before and after PMMA procedure.

I agree that further PMMA on top of prior PMMA seems reasonable. I have successfully used Ellanse over PMMA with good short term benefits.

Thanks Dr.Oates

Good to see you in forum after long time.
If you can share an update about your trained docs in Europe..that will be great

They are cautious with Elanse on top of PMMA.

That leaves me with option of PMMA rounds 2 and 3 ( after circum), waiting for six weeks without sex and 3 months wait after circ.

Other option will be to get HA filler in USA(east coast) preferably

It is good you decided to stick with PMMA.

I would not get a Circ just because of PMMA unless you want to be circ.... Your personal choice of course.

Good luck!

Can someone experienced @Mustang and others please explain why do you recommend not getting Circumcision if Aviator decides to get more PMMA rounds in the future ?
Because I thought that is actually highly recommended that one should get Circumcised prior to the PMMA procedure ? Was it because excess skin might prevent PMMA particles not to \"lock in\" place well enough ?

I actually ditched the whole PMMA idea mainly because I\'m also uncircumcised and would like to stay that way,but now I\'m curious whether or not you could still get good results with more than one round while staying uncirc...

Well because you lose sensation when you have your Foreskin removed, in my case I'd say at least 50% not to mention how much less functional it is.
The whole thing about the need for a Circumcision before PMMA is exaggerated anyway, especially if you only want a couple of rounds of 10%

Yes of course, but especially if you were to do it in your thirties,I\'m guessing it would be awkward first time you were about to have sex with someone after its all healed, its like relearning how to use your penis all over again..
But is it an unwritten rule that \"smaller\" penises are more common to have smaller percentages of the product ,and that the possibility of some aesthetic irregularities are lessened with lower dosages of PMMA? (smaller as in 4-5in range versus like guys that are 7+in)
