I emailed London Adrology asking if there was anyway to remove my lumps.
You can see the response in the email below. They said they can remove certain types of lumps using a syringe without the need for a deglove, they seem a little less optimistic about being able to remove lumps of scar tissue, which I have, I think I'm going to try Morgenstern first.
Also these are the little bitches that cancelled my scaffold operation a day before I was due to go to London pay for it. Still, if I have no success with Morgenstern I will go to them as they're the only Urologists in the whole of the UK that have suggested something different than a deglove.
I thought this may come in useful for anyone in the UK that has lumps from a previous procedure.

Xiapex is $4000 here for 1 injection... and not meant to be used in that way. That seems like an odd suggestion.

The lumps cant be taken out with a syringe. They are way way too dense. These are PMMA lumps? You can\'t even break them up with a needle. It\'s like a slippery rock. Even injecting a tiny drop of Kenalog or 5fu into them is hard. They have to be cut out and detached from the Dartos fascia. Sometimes the skin and Dartos fascia has to be removed as well.

No not PMMA, they're talking about lumps of fat etc
Xiapex is WAY cheaper here, maybe they use the generic version, you'd get 10 shots for that price over here.

Oh - I didn\'t realize your issue was fat grafts. There is no generic xiapex / xiaflex (the name is just different). It\'s interesting that it is so cheap in London, because I think it might dissolve one of my lumps too. It does destroy collagen / scar tissue rather effectively. The PMMA will still be there but it might not be in a big clump (in my case). In your case, I am not sure how it would go - it might be a good option.

So in general - no nothing improved and I am just used to this deformed Dick ... sort of. It has been 3 years since the disaster with linnea safe...and the 1 year of subsequent operations to remove all the rock hard nodules.

Fortunately, I have not had to have any surgeries for 1.5 years, but I do have some residual lumps. Since my doc was way to aggressive & unevenly chopped out the PMMA, I had voluma in about 1 year ago - which still seems ok but is clearly mushy. The feel of (non defective) PMMA was much better than voluma. But my skin was cut out in very aggressive and uneven ways which can\'t relaly be fixed. My Urologist was way too aggressive and cosmetics were his last concern. He was treating the PMMA lumps like a cancer and cutting far too much skin and tissue out.

I looked into tissue expanders, but the urologists who have done that say the infection risk is very high. They only use it for significant urological deformities - usually from birth. Not really in my case.

Hello, Xiaflex in the US costs $3645 for the pharmacy to buy. I\'m sure you are aware of the \"black box warnings \" the FDA has listed. Im sure the doctors are experienced injecting it..but the risk of penile rupture and severe hematoma is something to consider..along with damaged urinary tract if not adminstered properly..

This is what it looks like when it is injected incorrectly.

Not really a drug for off-label use.
