TOPIC: HA after PMMA?

HA after PMMA? 6 years 6 months ago #1304129603

Is this possible? I thought this might be a good way of getting a good base Girth and then touching up with a far more mouldable material to fix lumps and bumps etc

The problem with HA is that it doesn\'t develop much collagen and melts away fast. Also it is susceptible to leaving tissues more quickly when in a place where there is a lot of motion, this is why it is never used in the forehead because it leaves quickly. Maybe something a bit more collagen enhancing like Sculptra would work, but one has to be careful to avoid veins using a blunt micro-canulla and also it must be massaged often and a lot for at least 5 days to avoid granulomas caused by too thick a mix, poorly mixed sculptra, or letting a factory by product deposit at the surface enter the syringe. Sculptra would be more permanent than Hyaluronic Acid, but its resulting tissues would be less stiff and hard than PMMA enhanced tissues, which is what the girls absolutely love - that sensation of intense presence.
