Clamping after
HA but nothing about stretching or
Hanging. If I were you I would start with manual stretches after the procedure. The reason for this, and not a
Hanger is that you can controll the tension and actually feel the workout. Depending on your experience with manual PE I would try the lg
Hanger with low weights, and very slowly increaseing the tension and weight. Im looking forward to see other answers. Good luck
