I have the money. My question is more in regards to the payment method. Is there benefit to using paypal over a credit card? Is there a way to pay discretely?

Chester I'm with ya.. I don't advertise it for sure. I would deny it to a short term girlfriend.
But if it came down to it, you're right. The only downside is I don't want more guys to know about it. If 6' Girth becomes the new norm then I'll be pissed! Not in our lifetime I'm guessing. But some day..

Didn't do anything for now,but I'm guessing that 8-10 k euros ( which is around 10-12k american dollars ) can get you very very close to what you may desire. I saved somewhere around 4k euros for now,and it took me like 2 years. Offcourse,I work in a factory in Italy,I live alone,pay my own bills and all that stuff,so I'm no some big time CEO or anything.
We will all make it bro,just keep your head up and do not stop grinding..

No matter what I buy, I never use a debit card.

I did paypal. 'IF' Paypal got hacked, I think the last thing the hackers would do is extort you, to not release that Joe Smith went to Avanti Derma and spent 3k.

Honestly, like I told ya, I'm not running for president, and what's worst case? CNN exposing me? That's a really slow news day.

Also Avanti Derma does other things. I got skin tags removed. So-- there's my excuse.

Brock, you should never feel ashamed about getting a PE procedure. You have every right to do so, and if any body says otherwise, you can tell him to go fuck themselves.
