It then balloned and felt like it going to explode. For uncut guys this is where the worst swelling it seems. In short you need to get the swelling down and Foreskin to normal position as soon as possible. Look it up on Google and you know what it is. I have not gone for round two because of this. Not sure how to get it down quick when the swelling happened already during the procedure. Circumsision is recommend because of the effect uncut guys may get with clumping of PMMA when retracting the Foreskin. Accordation effect I think it is called. There are users here that are uncut and have had several rounds with good results.
Thanks for the feedback, G, I will discuss that with the doc. Honestly I did not want to go to the Czech clinic. I did not have issues with size but did lose over time after a mild fracture which was resolved, my main issue was loss of perceived sensation or pressure. Dr. C is published and his work has seen some peer review, whereas the Czech doctor charges comparatively more but she does not seem to offer the same assurances. This is my personal opinion, if you have a chance to fly stateside, do so. San Diego and southern California are great and there\'s a lot to do if you aren\'t socially reclusive or dislike outdoors stuff.
I will definitely get cut if I need another round, or that is the plan, we will see. A friend of mine got cut abroad for absolutely no reason other than personal preference (a dumb choice in my opinion) but he had it covered by insurance. He was out of service with the girlfriend for a while but resolved quickly.
I have more concerns with aesthetics/loss of function. I am very vascular overall (if I lean out enough I can have thick veins around my chest without flexing on purpose for that, well before other people at similar bodyfat). As far as my unit goes, it\'s also very vascular. It would be a very marked change if it abruptly starts looking the opposite and never comes back.
Overall, how much did you gain and more important, did it bring any extra sensation? If this compensates for the loss of sensitivity I had, that would be great.
