Has anyone experienced an awkward situation(after their primary physician) discovered they had a penis enlargement procedure? Now I understand why men don't discuss this with their doctor. Despite only having a 2inch Flaccid length(on a good day) and only about 5 inches Erect and less than a 5 Inch Erect Girth it is considered 'weird' to want an enhancement or imply that you have a problem . Meanwhile women get boob jobs without a problem and is considered normal. It's more humiliating that it comes from a female doctor. The last comment was 'don't do anything wierd down there' I even think that since I now have erectile dysfunction (because of plaque , arterial blood flow, venous leakage) they wonder why I'm going up all of the trouble to get it fixed and try to solve the underlying problem . I guess I'm supposed to take Cialis(which doesn't work well) or get trimix injections or get an implant .. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced an uncomfortable situation. At this point anything that I have done I will do without the knowledge of my doctor. I will say that my Urologist seems to understand and has not been judgemental or against what I'm doing.

Do you receive stigma a lot? Surely people don\'t know unless you obviously tell them. Also, would you tell a new partner or just keep it a secret?

The stigma surrounding penis enlargements is so frustrating!! Why is it ok for women to have boob jobs and openly discuss it whereas if we started talking about us getting a penis enlargement we\'d probably be laughed at???? I agree, let\'s start a movement hahaha

As a doctor myself, I think you'll find the majority of doctors are much less judgmental than you might suspect. I hear a lot of personal and 'embarrassing' information on a daily basis and only rarely do I hear something that surprises me. Regardless, the focus is almost always on finding the best solution for whatever the problem is. There may be an exception when it comes to problems that seem to have no easy solutions'I hear other doctors complain about patients with chronic low back pain, for example'but that comes largely from our own frustrations with the problem itself. I try hard to put patients at ease and I think I'm fairly good at weaving through the pitfalls that may be in their narratives but I'm sure I still get fooled on occasion and give less-than-my-best advice. . But if you're getting unwanted suggestions regarding Cialis or vascular disease or whatever, I suspect your doctor is frustrated too. She probably doesn't have a great solution for you and is giving you what she does know. If you said something like, 'I understand your hesitation about me undergoing an enlargement procedure but I would still like your help in managing my health before and after the procedure,' I think you\'d be impressed with her professionalism and eagerness to continue working with you.

She also went wild later on so there were no further complaints lol.

I\'d say, look for a new doctor. Your doctor\'s office should be a judgment free zone, informative and neutral, yet understanding of your mindset and situation. I\'ve had 30 years of testosterone injection therapy (but thats a whole other thread, maybe I\'ll post one if any one is interested) which resulted in testicular Atrophy from hell. My doc was like, \"hey, I get you and the procedure and possible negative effects are minimal, go for it.\" I think procedures on your Cock are probably frowned upon because they are pretty invasive and the dynamic qualities of the penis open the door for a lot of problems for those that have enlargement procedures. Bad on society that men have so much Cock shaming. I certainly understand because I was ashamed by my own tiny Balls, even tho my wife wasn\'t and my friends couldn\'t care less, although now that I have huge Balls they all talk about em and want to check em out, lol.

In any event, find a doc that you can be open and honest with, that will understand your mental state (because that\'s why we suffer procedures, right? Nobody else thinks you\'re too small!) and work with you.

Only reason I mentioned is because the doctor that did the initial surgery required my primary doctor to sign off...also while in hospital a year later I had to have MRI and it showed clumps of fat in groin /scrotum area...

I have this never ending urge to tell my friends but I don\'t do it.
Doctors would never suspect PMMA unless it was a poor result.
Girls will never notice because dicks are so different.

Guys- unless there is a medical issue concerning the implant- don\'t talk about it. There is no good outcome that can be had.

As a beautiful stripper once told me \"They are real if you can see them and touch them\".

I've never had a girl call me out or notice anything, but I've had two urologists say something. They see dicks all day, everyday so of course they're going to notice something right away. One doctor said something looked off and it looked like 'some sort of fluid'. I just shrugged it off.

Now I just tell my doctors when they ask me to drop my pants. Saves me the awkward silence or questions.

I guess it\'s all around the world due to hypergamous propaganda. Especially in western countries. And while womens have options to make their breast significantly larger since 1970\'s, mens in 2018 still don\'t have any reliable option for safely PE. Moreover we don\'t have anything for increase Erect length. It\'s a shame.
