TOPIC: Glans Enhancement..Silicone Microdrops..has anyone got it done

I had taken a break from PE after first round of PMMA in 2016.I was so happy with the results I thought I would not need any more enhancement. Got in a serious relationship and that took a lot of time.

My current glans Girth is 4 inches.Recently I am single again and was checking the website, realized Dr C is now offering glans enhancement with Silicone microdroplets.

Has anyone here done the process. My glans is actually my widest part of penis, even after first round of PMMA. I guess my non glans shaft was really thin before PMMA.

My questions are
How much gain in glans can one achieve with Silicone.
Is it onetime procedure or topups can or will be needed

I am thinking of round 2 of PMMA but not Circumcised yet. Have a trip to near SanDiego coming up but not enough time to get Circumcised and heal before that.

Any guidance will be helpful

I have not had the glans enhancement, but Dr. C himself says that the gains are minimal.
There is no need for replacement like with HA. I would love to have a larger glans, too, but I do not really think that this is going to give the results I\'d want.

What is the proper way to measure glans? It seems you would wrap around the edge of the head itself rather than measuring like we do in midshaft Girth etc (if that makes sense?)
