I bet it would be great right after surgery in the growth phase. Plus you would impress the nurse with your post-op swelling.

I had the exact same question.
I wrote to Avantiderma and they said there is no issue with shockwave after PMMA.

Let me know how was result of shockwave..I am still planning to do it

Does anyone know if it's okay to do shockwave therapy on my penis for ED if I have PMMA? I know SWT can be used to break up kidney stones and scar tissue so I'm thinking it could break up the scar tissue in the penis from PMMA.

ANy thoughts or has anyone done it? Thnaks

i brought this up a while back and my thoughts r you will get great collagen stimulation from the procedure. i have HA's not PMMA so i can't say for sure but after having had multiple SWT treatments and they do work for ed.
