Hey guys, this is certainly a topic to address but going to extremes like degloving isn\'t for the faint hearted. I remember he was depressed at his result when he found himself with his original junk after getting the
PMMA removed. It\'s hard for some guys that are dissatisfied with what they were given at birth, to correlate their dreams, hopes and expectations with an achievable reality. If on top of that there are issues - sometimes these can even be small but get inflated in one\'s perception - then people get desperate and can resort to extreme measures. I hope nobody else ever feels they have to do such a thing.
Regarding clumping, I have my own theory on how it can happen. In my analysis this has nothing to do with the quality of the product injected or with the s
or technique of the doctor injecting the
PMMA. In my case at least, it had to do with my own body\'s rather extreme reaction to the intervention, whereby it sent fluids to surround what it construed to be a foreign body, and it was the pressure caused by the swelling that pressed the
PMMA together irregularly. Thankfully doctor C was able to address the subsequent problems very s
fully and successfully as I am about to describe.
Regarding lumps, I\'ve had a few that were all addressed in touch-up sessions with Doctor C. What he does is fairly straightforward. He injects
Kenalog in the areas that clumped, melting them away, and then surrounds the area with a new injection of
PMMA to blend it into a smooth structure. This was done successfully for me so I can attest to the viability of this method. I was very happy with the results. Furthermore, he is increasingly using syringes versus cannulas for touch-up sessions, making the procedure less likely to produce swelling in the rare subjects who have a more dramatic response, such as myself. I such touch-up sessions I experience zero swelling and therefore absolutely no clustering. Doctor C\'s
PMMA remains exactly where he expertly placed it.
I hope these descriptions help those who have concerns or wish to know how or where to address their problems. We are fortunate to have this forum to gain insight and information, and to also have access to highly expert doctors who are extremely helpful in any way they can.
Cheers,
Hunk Chunk
