Man, I have told several guys to take lots of before pictures. The simple reason being that you will forget what you had.
The new size becomes your new normal. I actually think that is where a lot of guys, maybe myself included, fall victim to our own heads.
We have the new size, become accustomed to it, but still have the mindset of how it was prior.
