Total newbie here...I have been following this board for awhile and finally decided to join. I am thinking of getting PMMA from Dr.C and he recommends pumping afterward if PRP is done. I asked what pump is recommended, and he said any will do. Seeing I want to get a decent product, what pump do you guys recommend? Any that are more economical but effective? Thank you for your help!

I don\'t recommend pumping at all after PMMA due to it causing my PMMA to loosen up and move. See my thread about it.

But if you insist, pm me and I\'ll give you a good deal on a 3 cylinder Kaplan pump kit that I hardly used. I\'ll throw in my X4 extender with wide Girth attachment.

6x6 - Astro\'s theory is still evolving on pumping post surgery, check out the other thread. I\'m leaning on waiting at least 8 weeks on round 2.. I may not at all!
Right now, I\'m in Camp Astro.. until someone sways me the other way.

vacutech is the best pump in my opinion. You pay for what you get...
