It took a few weeks after stopping pumping to go back to its previous state. I never did it again, for me there was no need.
I know Dr C recommends it now, perhaps it depends on one\'s anatomy!

It doesn\'t depend on your anatomy. He recommends it because he\'s wrong about it. The same way he\'s wrong about recommending people have a Circumcision before his procedure.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU PUMP UNTIL MUCH AFTER THE PROCEDURE. EVEN IF THEY TELL YOU IT\'S OKAY.

The post care directions state that you can pump lightly for 5-10 min after day 8 but it messed me up aesthetically. I figured it would smooth things out but it actually pulled the PMMA higher up on the shaft and dented the left side a little bit. I didn\'t connect the dots that it was that very brief pumping session that could have caused irregularities but I was as smooth as a baby\'s bottom before it.

Irregularities are not too extreme and correctable though and maybe it does do something for nodules but I wouldn\'t recommend it. Can\'t imagine what it would look like if I actually did the full 10 minutes. I literally only did 3-5 minutes.

You can even see in my log that I went from \"everything is peachy\" to \"oh wait nvm everything went to shit\" less than 12 hours apart. That was the night I did light pumping.

Welp this seals it for me.. from my experience and now 93, Reklaw, Mustang, Astro, Hoddle and Sizemic ?? I\'m all set on pumping.
I really can\'t see any PMMA shifting after fully healed though.
Even though I\'m 99.9% sure I\'m done- would still be interested in conflicting opinions, if anyone has one- speak up. Experience sharing is the only way to help people in making decisions.

Bolk I only did 5 for 5 minutes a total of about 10 times before I realized this was a bad idea.. man, I wish this thread happened 2 months ago! Newbies, pay attention.

I did as instructed, no more than 5Hg 5 minutes on, rest 5 minutes, and repeat two more times. I used a Kaplan pump with the vacuum gauge.

I\'ve been using DMSO gel now, and it seems to have softened up the whole shaft somewhat to where it looks tolerable to me now. I may not want to touch up if by using this for two weeks, the irregularities dissipate.

Is the gel something you made up yourself or a commercial product? I need some!

I had the same experience pumping - I don\'t remember if it was after round 1 or 2 but after 2 weeks a smooth result turned bumpy and uneven. I told them what happened and said I was stopping. I wasn\'t 100% it was the pumping as it was recommended I do it - but reading this I realize it was as I suspected.

I got Biovea brand, but there are others with the same formulary, like Jacobs Lab, which costs more.
