TOPIC: DMSO for peyronies disease and dissolving lumps

Hello-I know several people on the board have suggested using this(Reklow,etc). Sounds like
a promising method to decrease size or get rid of lumps. Every doctor I have called says to leave alone if not significant or to have excised. Many dont like the idea of injecting steroids(i.e Kenalog). Im a pharmacist and own my pharmacy..so I have pure grade USP DMSO for compounding. I even called PCCA(professional Compounding Center of america)the premier source for chemicals and formulas for compounding..They could find nothing in their database for formulas for dissolving lumps from fat injections..I thought about compounding into a cream or applying a few drops,but would like to know if anyone has more information..Thanks

After having done DMSO for two weeks, I feel that it has softened up the PMMA to where although its not as hard and lumpy as before, the skin is rubbery even with an Erection. Nonetheless, I prefer it now that when it was noduled a lot.

I\'m going to try again with DMSO. I have a hard lump which sticks out when Erect and Kenalog and microdrops has failed to solve it completely.

My situation is that I\'ve had 2 rounds of silikon 1000 microdrops on top of the area in question. So that raises 2 questions for me:

1) If I apply DMSO on this area, will it be able to penetrate through the layer of silicone as far as the PMMA?

2) What will be the impact to the microdrops? Typically DMSO seems to soften an area but the silicone is already very soft and I wouldn\'t want to over-soften it or particularly change the way it feels. I only want to soften the PMMA underneath.

Go for the gel then. They only had the liquid in 70% or would have suggested a stronger one.

I think you should do the whole shaft, not just an area.

But read up on how to apply DMSO. You must make sure the area is clean before applying.

Also stick with it. It can burn and make your skin red, but it\'s not bad. Start with one per day for a week, then move to twice for the next week and then maybe 3 times per day for the third week. After 4 weeks take a week off and then go back on.

I really think DMSO could be a game changer for PMMA.

I\'ve had huge success with Jacobs labs 90% gel, at first I used it with iodine but it works best for me when I apply it on its own.
I once used apple cider vinegar when I ran out iodine and it really fucked my skin up, I\'d avoid that.

You should mix it with a few drops of iodine.

Hoddle10, I will volunteer to try dmso. I\'ve had 4 treatments of 30% PMMA and I can feel and see hard lumps and thick 30% bumps along the whole shaft.
Alo, I have the pig in a blanket Dick when Flaccid. I\'d like to use dmso on the area just below the glans to see if some of it resorbs away.
I\'m thinking about scrotal Silikon next year.

Only found one doctor who has suggested a small incision above small lump. Dr Maercks has done a lot removing lumps from silicone and fat injections. He\'s experienced and implies it\'s relatively simple. Or other options . He will decide when he sees me. Maybe I\'m getting wrong information, but it seemed most doctors do not want to make incision above lump. Had some mention going in at end of shaft below glans) degloving?) just to remove 1 small lump. Sounded crazy to me. Unless getting major reconstruction.. Feel comfortable with Dr Maercks Not pushing me either way. Doesn\'t charge phone consultation very easy to talk to

I\'ve never heard of it being used dissolve fat lumps. I can\'t see why it would. But It might soften the fat sufficiently so that it doesn\'t bother you. It definitely had a great impact of my scar tissue. I know Reklaw thinks\' it even softened his micronized tissue. We also had a member who had a reaction to PMMA and DMSO not only calmed it down, but made it feel totally natural.

The scar tissue I had was hard and projected out. After using DMSO, it was still there but had flattened and felt very soft and natural in my penis. It made the scar tissue become the perfect implant material. I\'d actually really love someone who has a good aesthetic result from 30% PMMA, but thinks it doesn\'t feel natural to try DMSO. My gut feeling is that they\'d end up with a great result.

I think as long as you are careful when using it, it\'s worth trying on your fat lump. I\'m not sure it will do anything, but I don\'t think it will do any hard. But DMSO isn\'t for wimps. Some people find the burn and skin redness too much to take.

If you think it\'s effecting the skin, take a week or two off and then go again. I\'d say something like 3 weeks on 1 week off is ideal. But continue this for several months.
