TOPIC: Improving Permanent Filler Procedures via Temp Fillers

Improving Permanent Filler Procedures via Temp Fillers 7 years 4 months ago #1296374317

Before creating a poll, I was interested in discussing the topic of strategically going the temp filler route for the specific purpose of creating a more conducive environment for permanent filler growth. I don\'t think it\'s a topic I\'ve ever read about here. Most guys just decide on going the PMMA route without having previously had a temp filler, such as HA or Macrolane. It would seem to be scientific common sense to make more room so to speak for a permanent filler by spending a considerable amount of time with a temp filler beforehand, as to create a roomier environment for the new permanent filler. The combination of a temp filler with regular water-based pumping, would theoretically help to create a continuously growing space within the penis shaft to both accommodate more CCs of PMMA (or other permanent or durable fillers) but also create a more suitable environment for collagen growth. Thoughts? Experiences?

wouldnt all you be doing is just stretching the skin and getting your skin ready?

I\'m planning on September for my first round of PMMA. I\'m wanting the silikon and HA in the Glans and as much 30% in the shaft as it will take. I feel like Hanging with the BIB has really stretched my skin and made it ready to accept alot of filler.

I think you would be better off pumping than using HA and it is a lot cheaper. But personally, having had PMMA to replace HA, which I had to replace dermal fat grafts - having tighter skin is better I think in terms of outcome. No matter how much you put in, your skin will expand. I\'d rather have the skin expand slowly becuase of the PMMA and be loose already like I was.

Agree with HD01. I had loose skin from the stupid defunct Elist implant and it caused some of the PMMA to move and bunch up where the idiot dr left an indent on the right lower side of the shaft near the base.

The Penile skin is very very stretchy and dynamic by design so it is better to let it slowly stretch and adapt to either PMMA or HA..

Mustang and Hunkydory are 100% right about that
I can guarantee I will have a worse outcome with my next procedure than if it were my first.

Ok, I guess it\'s one of those things that sounded good in theory but are actually bad in practice. I also thought it might be different for guys who are circumsized vs not.
