First of all, know that a plank is not a kegal exercise.. You can plank and not activate your pelvic floor muscles at all. Kegaling and especially an isolated kegal exercise will help you build mind to muscle connection and help you become a better lover and more intune with you dong.. just do kegals for EQ.

You can kegal nearly anywhere but I think the plank is a top kegal exercise because gets you breathing heavily too which gives the added boost
to blood flow .... and you don\'t have time for a 2min exercise. thought this was the good think about it. it is very quick and can be done daily.

The plank is a top kegal exercise. The holding in your peeing muscle is key. Tho might take a bit longer than a week to notice the effects. I think better blood flow will lead to a better Erection and fuller glans.

Getting fitter and losing weight helps EQ. But obviously for Dream who is is slim and in good shape this won\'t work. However try the Plank exercise daily. I find that it made me get a stronger Erection. Make sure to engage your core (hold in the muscle that stops you peeing) and breath in through your nose while looking up. You might only be able to hold it for 30s when starting of but you can build it up quickly. It is tough tho. I can do it now for 2m30s and I am sweating after it and out of breath even tho not moving. It is great for your breathing which in turn is great for blood flow.

What are exactly the effects of PRP shots?

I have been facing the same for last 12 years and I couldn\'t find a definitive treatment to fix it yet. Currently, I only do pills before sleep but I hate their side effects.
I didn\'t try many of the possibilities that you suggested in you post so I am planning to start with \"DMSO + Iodine\".Please, let me know if any of them really worked for you and I will focus on it.
