You are still well within the time frame to have some retraction but can also still make gains. I had my ligs cut last year and the first 3 months were very frustrating with fluctuations in length. As for the scar I have one too, but I grow the hair above it just a little longer to conceal it. The hair below the incision does not grow very well so I just shave up a little higher now. As for the ligs reattaching, this is not necessarily what happens. Ligs have very poor blood supply to reattach but what actually happens is production of internal scar tissue around the site, accumulation without break up or elongation CAN create reduced length if you do not stretch. Some people produce more scar tissue than others. So literally, hang in there! I was pretty bummed for a while but kept
Hanging and eventually made gains. As for making these gains without surgery? Not the case for me, I would stretch/hang religiously and would gain an extra .5 inches
Flaccid then it would retract when I stopped after a couple months. I got tired of this so elected for surgery, previously I would eventually retract back to 3.9 inches
Flaccid and turtle at 3.5 when cold. Now if I go running or I\'m in cold water I never fall below 4.75
Flaccid, with most times I\'m resting at over 5 inches soft. I continue to stretch with and extender every day for 4 hours at 7 months out and continue to see gains. Good luck to you, stay positive and keep
Hanging! I didn\'t notice what routine you were using but just in case you are not
Hanging heavy I was, 13 lbs with a vac
Hanger 2 hours a day, BTC, Straight down, manuals, ESL 40. Keep at it man.
