TOPIC: How do Trans-People do it - women to man?

How do people do it that go from woman to man?
They somehow make them a penis?

Saw just a little video where someone Trans shared his experience and recommended to get a big Dick.
I felt stupid, now even woman that want to be man have a bigger Dick than me
Anyway, i have not much clue about the topic and envy is probably totally misguided, this is an uninformed post.

They get skin taken from their arm or somewhere else that I currently forget and they use that skin to form the shaft, combine that with the enlarged clitoris from testosterone treatments and voila

THIS IS JUST SICK.
