TOPIC: Glans Enlargement. I need it bad. But where?

My glans are extremely small compared to my shaft and looks ridiculous. I had too much PMMA and have the hotdog in a bun look worse than anyone I\'ve seen on this site.

I\'m trying to find my best option going forward. I\'m considering taking the risk with Dr. Cho even though of the horror story from smalljay. I will be in Korea the whole time to guard against necrosis. Is it easier to treat if you catch it right away??

How about the Dr. Loria? He does a permanent glans enlargement. Has anyone done this or have any idea what he injects?

I guess I could always do HA and wait until better options come about if they ever do. I just hate the idea of it lasting only a year or less.

here is my story.

I now realize that this question has been beat to death in another thread as well. I am just desperate but it appears there are no good options. I guess I will settle for Dr. C and the silicon1000 for a slight improvement. Look forward to seeing some patient reports about it.

@ Dr Oates, Have you been able to successfully enlarge a patient\'s glans to where a measurable circumference increase was recorded? Theoretically speaking (and as you point out) would you have to do multiple injections to get significant gains? (like 6-8cc\'s) Assuming an average sized glans?

Yes I have had measured increases in circumference. Found it best to inject around the corona (flare) an place a thick \'ring\' of filler there. Injecting through the rest of the head - like suggested for PE had a greater risk of noticeable bumps. But compared to the increases we get in the shaft it takes a surprising amount of product to make a worthwhile difference i.e. 3ml to get 1cm circumference increase.

Yeah I read about that to Dr. Oates. I\'m considering it at the moment but still concerned at the possibility of the bumpy looks it can get if they don\'t inject deep enough.

Southdub. I would like size too of course. I agree though that the glans would stand out more than anything in case of a aesthetic problem. It\'s hard to find before and afters of this procedure. There are basically none on this site surprisingly. I will tread lightly and take my time to choose a decision. Cheers

The Koreans did a 5 yr followup on HA in the glans - more for PE. They found 85% retention in gains at 5yr. So don\'t discount HA entirely. But it takes a surprising amount of filler in the glans to get significant change (although the Koreans were only using 2 ml)

Having looked at your pics I don\'t think your glans looks small compared to your shaft. I would be concerned that things could get worse aesthetically from this procedure that would look far more unnatural than if it was on the shaft. Naturally a lot of dicks are not uniform on the shaft but nearly always glans are symmetrical. If you were to develop a lump on the glans it would be a give away that something is not right.... far more so than the glans not being in proportion to the shaft. The reasoning you seem to be considering this is to look more natural rather than size? So I would be more concerned the opposite might occur.

HA is the most common way to enlarge the glans. No procedure is 100% safe, but the product itself is very safe.
