 Well, he has done many webbing procedures, so he knows what he is doing. Who else are you considering?
But I think that you are on the right track that this is not something where you want to go bargain hunting.
If this is something you want, there are probably other areas where you can trim your budget, buy generic groceries, etc.

I am not sold on the lig cut.

 The question is for these procedures, which supposedly aren't too complicated, do you guys think I should spend the extra cash to go with Alter??

Money is an object to me and I'd like to be conservative but at the same time "you only get 1 Dick" so entrust it to the best right?
