It was a poor result from round one basically.
It\'s hard to explain because you never really know what an acceptable outcome is, but essentially the
PMMA from round one all accumulated onto the top side of my penis instead of being evenly dispersed.
Google the \"airbus beluga\" plane and I kid you not that is basically what my
Dick looked like. It was never rock hard like a
Nodule, although I have a few that cause issues, but it was an obvious mass of packed clay-like material that was flexible and could move around.
I say was because I have since had follow up procedures to balance things out on the sides to make it more even - and it more or less has worked when
Flaccid and cosmetically.
The problem is when
Erect, I do have at least 3 rock hard nodules, including one that puts pressure on my urethra near the base of the shaft and is a health concern for me in the long run, but so far hasn\'t significantly blocked my urination - so not an immediate problem.
Also the beluga whale hump is still there when
Erect, and it moves freely over my real penis. When
Erect and anyone touches it, it slides all over the top of the shaft and feels kind of like a pencil eraser- not the kind on the pencil but the pink stand alone ones - a little bit smaller and not perfectly rectangle, but the same consistency and firmness. Essentially a hard implant on the top of my penis that is easily palpable and moves freely. Not ideal, and I believe unacceptable for the long term, especially in combination with the other nodules on the sides of the shaft and base/
Unfortunate because I don\'t want to go back to below 4.5 natural
Girth, but am convinced I will have this removed if a free fat transfer cannot fill in everything and make things satisfactorily smooth, even the lumps are still there.
Not sure how it happened, things seemed fine right after the procedures until months later when all the swelling disappeared and all that was left were obvious hard spaces. I believe I actually didn\'t have enough material in the early rounds.
My theory is that my penis skin is loose and the conservative low amount of material actually worked against me by having so much free space, too much was able to move around and accumulate at the top of the shaft. This is why I am hoping a free fat/ stem cell - the new apparently better method - can just really fill everything to the brim and hide all the lumps.
We will see, I\'m giving it another year or two before I do anything. Some days are better than others and I think lumps are starting to soften, but my penis is noticeably deformed. Pretty sure the large mass at the top will never go away, and the hard pieces of plastic will cause more problems.
