I think it might be an underwhelming procedure - I was on the table and asked Dr. C if we should do ahead and do it and he seemed like it really didn\'t matter. The fact that it is $300 and they say that it doesn\'t show up in pictures means that it is minor and probably not a solution for guys who want a bigger glans. I think it is more like an after thought if you are down there but not a reason to go down there.

That\'s kinda what I\'m thinking. But I\'m also thinking that if it\'s minor, and are planning to go the HA route anyways, perhaps it might just be complicating the later HA procedure?

Ive seen a few photos of patients here on PB where there was a noticeable gap (transition) between the PMMA and the glands (ridge I guess)

I don\'t understand why such a gap occurs or why they don\'t fill in that area. I haven\'t found an explanation yet that makes sense to me.

That being said, I\'m assuming the Silkon material get deposited between the shaft just underneath the corona ridge to kind of prop it up like a scaffold? If that\'s the case could the gap I speak of also get filled in the the silkon at the same time with this procedure?

I did this last week. The gains aren\'t that much, but I think the ridge is slightly thicker now. I probably wouldn\'t make the trip just for the glans enhancement, but it\'s a nice additional procedure if you have other work done.

I didn\'t see how it was done, but at one point I felt he stuck me from the underside of the glans. Afterwards, I had red marks around the ridge of my glans, like I was wearing a crown of thorns on my Dick. Maybe he stuck from both sides?

It\'s interesting that Dr. C doesn\'t like HA for glans enhancement. He didn\'t get too much into why, but it sounded like he was skeptical of anything being injected into the glans in large amounts. Overly cautious may be a good thing. Ironically, it did give me some comfort if/when I do HA with Jane Chung. Several times she mentioned how she will only do a little at a time, so it may take several appointments to reach max size.

Has the swelling gone down enough to determine if the gains around the circumference is uniform? Also, do you see a difference when Erect or mainly just Flaccid? Thinking about this in conjunction with 1st round (and possibly only round depending on aesthetic outcome) to compensate for increased Girth.

There was very little, if any, swelling. The gains are very small, and I would say it\'s when Erect that I notice it. Also, because the gains are small, I don\'t think there would ever be a noticeable difference in uniformity.

Thanks for the update. Sounds like this procedure would not really help prevent \"turtle-ing\" since it\'s not as noticeable in the Flaccid state, which is what I would want it for.

How many ccs did you get and at what percentage?

I had it done a while ago at the same time that I went in for a Silikon touchup on the shaft. Dr. C talked me into doing by saying he\'d throw it in for free as at that point he had only done it to about 10 guys and he was looking for some more feed back(plus it\'s was just a tiny amount of product). Since I was planning to get some sort of glans enhancement and being very trusting of Dr C, I got caught up in the moment and stupidly agreed to it. I say stupidly not because I had serious complications but because normally I thoroughly do the research before I agree to any new procedure - while I was familiar and comfortable with silikon being used on the shaft, in relatively small quantities not Dr. Loria platinum implant kind of quantities! I never looked into using it for the glans. In total they used 0.5cc, I believe the maximum they said they could do is 1cc but I can\'t remember if this was the most per session or the most period. In any case they said I can only come back for one more session if I ever wanted to.The procedure was mostly painless but occasionally I felt a shape needle pinching sensation, which is not good. Dr. C said to let him know immediately whenever I felt that. He made about two dozen injection points around the ridge of the glans from one side to the other using a tiny amount each time. Post op there was only some minor bleeding at a couple of the injection points but they sealed up pretty quickly. As for the end result, it seems a little bit larger but honesty the difference is hardly perceptible most of the time. Sometimes when I get a really strong Erection it seems like it\'s more significant but I\'m thinking that\'s just some kind of placebo effect from having a massive boner lol. When I look closely enough I can see small bumps around the corona evenly spaced out but not connected together. Each of these bumps are about 2-3mm across in diameter and raised maybe 1mm in height. I guess if I came back for round two Dr.C would inject the silikon in between and make it one continuous ridge. That might be something I\'ll do later because the skin around these bumps is more wrinkled and looks kind of strange, though it\'s not noticeable to anyone else. While I didn\'t have any serious complication, I regret doing it because I\'m worried that the silikon that\'s now in there might get in the way of getting a better filler in the future, either permanent or temporary. Additionally I\'ve also been having ED problems which got worse after this session, but I\'m not entirely sure what the cause of that is. Though from I\'ve read, on here and elsewhere, almost any kind of glans enhancements can reduce sensitivity so that\'s something to keep in mind.

Anyone who considers glans enhancement carnt be thinking straight, it has an appalling track record.

Reklaw, I like the way you hit directly. The glans is where there are the nerve endings. Injured nerves rarely heal! Knowingly going ahead might not be straight thinking, not knowing - well ...

I just got back from session 1 of PMMA on Thursday. Dr. C actually said the results are minimal and essential talked me out of it. I appreciated the candor.
