Does anyone have experience using auto extender after Dr Giunta \'s lengthening procedure? Is it easy to use? Can u just wet it during sleep? How long did u have to use? Is it practical to fo.

Auto extender is easy to use. I wouldn\'t recommend sleeping with any PE device, bar maybe a silicone sleeve. You\'ll need to extend for 6 months. There is no need to get the surgery with Giunta in my opinion. Just wear the extender for 6 months.
