 Why on earth would you lie about it?
A security guard asked me in Incheon Airport what had brought me to Korea and I told him I'd come to have sugery on my penis
He looked gobsmaked but he knew I was telling the truth, if you lie about it then they have a good reason to detain you.

 Just out of curiosity, To the people who go to other countries to have PE (or just deal with anything medical where privacy is a concern) what do you guys say to border agents when they ask what is the reason for entering the country. I can't imagine saying "To have a doctor pump plastic into my Dick!". Because if you say anything about doctor's, they will prod for more info, this has happened to me before. And saying for leisure isn't entirely truthful unless you really find surgery enjoyable.
