TOPIC: Who has had just the Silicon1000 procedure.

I had a great PM from an experienced member here that guided me to get this procedure as it helped him even and smooth things out. I just wanted to get a few more opinions if anyone else did it.

What are the differences you noticed of before and after the procedure?

Did it help more with Flaccid Turtling at all?

Can it really hide nodules well? I have a few hard ones that are very palpable. I was considering having them removed but would rather not if I can disguise them instead.

Not looking for more Girth so I hope that it doesn\'t do much in that regard. My Glans are already out of proportion to my shaft. Wish there was a way to increase glans size!

NEJ you are not going to find a lot of people on here (if any) that have had it done as a full procedure. Dr C hasn\'t offered Silikon for very long to begin with, but guys who go down there get PMMA for the most part and the Silikon is a side procedure to fill in low areas. I think I am probably in the minority in terms of going down there and having my entire Dick done with Silikon and no PMMA at the same time. I gained just as much from that procedure as I did my 2nd round of PMMA (.25) btw, even though it is not considered a Girth procedure. It was only in conversation with Wade that doing it this way came up, they don\'t really advertise it as a anything more than a touch up material.

I would not let the lack of responses intimidate you. Unlike PMMA which goes in with a carrier and then has to absorb and build collagen while you massage and wait to see if you get irregularities; Silikon stays exactly where they put it, it is a liquid so it stays soft and stays in proportion to the amount injected so Wade can go over everything and make a wavy Dick a whole lot better. In my opinion it makes your Dick feel great too. You can go a total of 2 times, otherwise it starts to just run into itself like injecting liquid silicone under your Dick. The idea being to inject it in drops and let the surrounding skin lock it in place. There is also no after care.

I know you and I have talked about this but I thought I\'d post here so guys who have aesthetic results they are unhappy with know getting your entire Dick done is an option.

I am going for my 2nd time for Silikon at the end of January and I\'ll post pics. Although this time I am having the base finished with PMMA and the rest finished with Silikon. I am really hoping that is the final time for me, but if I don\'t like the base when all is said and done, I\'ll go back just to get that covered as well. This will be the best $750 you have spent in my opinion if you feel that your Dick is irregular, wavy, has highs and lows etc. I don\'t have really have hard spots but read on here that someone had their hard spots covered with it and they were very happy with the results.

I\'d like you to clarify exactly what you have had done.
Did you have micro droplets over your entire penis?
Or did you have something more than that, like a full layer of sillikon placed on top of your previous round of PMMA?

When they inject the silicone, is it not on the same plane as the PMMA? Is it just like with a tiny poke with a 30g needle or something like that - in the skin? how is the risk of hitting a blood vessel avoided?

A bottle of the stuff is pretty cheap (for a lot of ccs) - compared to just 1 cc of Voluma. I don\'t think it could volumize, but if you\'re talking about fixing surface irregularities - yeah that\'s definitely interesting. I\'m just concerned (as I was even from the first time they offered it) about silicone complications - because they have been pretty rough in the past. Supposedly it can\'t happen from the microdroplet technique, but I don\'t understand what is so special about that technique?

what I had done was all micro-drops but over the entire surface of my Dick.

It does not go into the same plane as PMMA, (I had the same question). It goes into the deep dermis. The skin forms a pocket around it and it stays where it is placed - think of a very tiny pillow with the Silikon being the stuffing and the pillowcase being your skin.

Because it is a liquid and is its own carrier basically, what you see when you get off the table is what you get. There is minimal swelling (over in 2 or 3 days) and no bruising - and not the 3 month PMMA transformation which can be a wild card. What you get are a lot of little red dots where the needle pricks the skin but that is about it, and that goes away in 3-4 days. You will not see PMMA gains however either. I forget if they used 13 or 17 syringes by the time all was said and done. It is not considered a Girth enhancement technique. Wade told me the most he ever saw in gains was .25. I asked him to go to town and use the stuff aggressively, and I also ended up with .25\". It was .25 across the whole of my Dick evenly though. My 2nd round of PMMA I got .25 across most of my Dick but not necessarily anything by the glans.

So far I have had 10% (gained .5), 20% (gained .25 - had I done it over I would have stayed with 10%), and Silikon over my whole Dick (gained .25). Unless you only wanted a .5\" gain at the most, there is only so much it can do, but I really prefer it to PMMA. It feels great and is much less stressful. It covers a multitude of PMMA sins - mine were just waviness. The final feel is velvety and natural.

I don\'t know too much else about it but it is not what Loria does where he injects large amounts into the plane where PMMA goes. I have a friend who had that done (not by Loria) and it all eventually migrated to his glans, which is why you need to do the micro-drop technique. Otherwise it all just flows where gravity dictates.

I was told me that you can have it only done twice. More than that and you are basically creating a pool of the stuff that would have the effect of migrating down your Dick.

I think unless you are really happy with your PMMA results, I would factor it into the process as it makes your Dick much more finished looking.

I am not so worried about long term effects from Silikon. I know lots of Trans people who have used it for decades and I am already in for a pound. Since I made the decision for PMMA I am not stressing about long term effects unless I get them. That was factored into my long torturous decision to go for PMMA and have enough immediate things I could stress about if I wanted to.

In terms of hitting a vein I can\'t answer but there was almost zero blood so I am not sure if that matters or not. Wade did the whole procedure and I have put my Dick in his hands 3 times now so I am trusting that relationship and the way he does it.

Hey SJ, I can\'t see how it would move around. I am pretty sure you will be fine - I have stretched since. It isn\'t the sort of thing that will run into itself or move once injected.

Would anyone recommend getting silkon1000 while still having HA?
