Aleksk, certainly don\'t go out of your way to give information to people if you don\'t feel its reciprocal but I do sincerely appreciate the info you bring... Ive been following your posts and I missed the section on the guy down in Mexico that used to do Ellanse. I\'ve done research on Ellanse but not searching specifically for PE injections but I will certainly keep looking and will share anything new that can be useful.

I am also very intrigued by this product but I don\'t yet understand if its a filler you can \"top off\" over time so to speak or if you only get 1-2 shots at it and then you have to wait. If the first, what do you guys think of doing a small amount say 5ml, do an assessment after 4-8 weeks then go from there?

Hoddle, your assessment of HA was exactly what I originally thought/was concerned about when trying to understand the firmness level. My skin is very thin and flexible, so I\'m not sure if that\'s a bonus or a liability. Ive read both so I\'m confused... For example skin too loose can lead to clumping/migration but skin too tight then it cant be injected evenly? (Not sure)

Despite skin types It seems that the results should be feasible to characterize in which (assuming) there just inst enough sample data yet. Certainly different skin types but I imagine groups/patterns would develop when 200+ patients are evaluated

Hoddle10. I very much believe the last sentence in your previous post. Which fillers cause the scar tissue? So far, I understand that only PMMA does but I\'m scared to death of having my member de-gloved should things go wrong.

But as the name of the thread goes, you would recommend which, Restylane or voluma ...

It is all still a learning curve. On my thread Member, who I think now had 30ml Voluma in his shaft - 7\" shaft - has 1\" increase in circumference. The penis is still hard Erect but the feel of the outside maybe slightly softer. Women notice 0.5\" increase in circumference.

We are looking to trial a more rigid HA - Teosyal Ultra Deep. More crosslinking, generally used down at the bone level such as augmenting chins/cheeks. Could do a better job than Voluma. Teosyal says it last longer. Will feel firmer and maybe reduce shrinkage better. But maybe it will be harder to get it nice and smooth.

I just offered it to one Forum member. If anyone else want to trial it at $250/ml (plan for 10 - 15ml) send me a PM.

(This was a once off trial at cost - this is not an ongoing offer, sorry)

It\'s really good that you\'re experimenting with different types of HA. On Google Books I rented the 1st edition of \"Penile Augmentation\" just published in 2016, which gives a pretty comprehensive overview of all procedures tried to date (that was where I quoted from the full version of the korean study on HA). They concur with your assessment of HA for Girth augmentation, tradeoffs and safety, saying it \"might be the best option until future development of an ideal technique.\" Please keep us posted on your results with Teosyal!

If you already have Voluma already in place can you have Teosyal added to it?

Would there be any negative side effects from mixing HA fillers?

Each company advises against mixing fillers, especially different classes of filler ie HA with stimulatory filler like Radiesse. But with HA\'s it is pretty common practice and there is not much of a reason to not do it.
